By accessing and using the services of Hove Office Spaces ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Hove Office Spaces ("Company") provides private office space rental and related services in Hove, East Sussex. Our services include but are not limited to:
All office space rentals are subject to availability and a separate written rental agreement ("Licence Agreement") that will be executed upon confirmation of your booking. The rental agreement will specify:
No tenancy is created by these arrangements. All agreements are licence arrangements terminable in accordance with the terms set out in the Licence Agreement.
All rental fees and charges are payable monthly in advance by the first day of each calendar month. Payment methods accepted include:
Late payment charges of £25 plus 4% above Bank of England base rate per month may be applied to overdue amounts. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 14 days overdue. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
A security deposit equivalent to one month's rental fee plus VAT is required upon signing the Licence Agreement. This deposit will be held against damages, unpaid fees, or cleaning charges and returned within 30 days of licence termination, subject to any deductions.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: manufacturing, food preparation, medical/dental practices, childcare services, or any activities requiring special licences or creating unusual noise, odours, or waste.

The Company maintains insurance for the building structure and common areas. However, you are solely responsible for:
The Company accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of your property. You indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the premises. Our liability for any breach is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Upon termination, you must immediately vacate the premises, remove all belongings, and return access keys/cards. Any belongings left after 7 days may be disposed of at your expense.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify tenants of any material changes via email with at least 30 days' notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
